Quadel has provided training and technical assistance to the multifamily housing industry for nearly 30 years. During that time we have trained nearly 100,000 participants and developed a national reputation for comprehensive, but clear and concise, presentations of program requirements and best practices. Quadel courses offered to the multifamily assisted housing industry include:
Assisted Housing Management (AHM) Training and Certification Program
Quadel, in association with the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) began training HUD occupancy requirements for subsidized multifamily housing immediately after the first publication of HUD Handbook 4350.3 in l981. The Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) certification program sets an industry standard for the regulatory and occupancy knowledge required of successful property and project managers of HUD assisted multifamily housing. More than 70,000 public and private sector owners, property managers and HUD staff have achieved AHM certification.
