Quadel - Miami-Dade

In December 2008, Quadel was awarded a multi-year contract to manage the Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency’s (MDPHA) Housing Choice Voucher Program. Quadel commenced operations in April, 2009 with full responsibility for an allocation of more than 14,000 tenant and project-based voucher units. Quadel provides management and administration of all aspects of program operations, including intake and eligibility, annual functions, inspections and the MDPHA Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) and Homeownership programs.
