Direct Management

Quadel currently directly manages HCV programs in six metropolitan locations - Baltimore, Chicago, Louisiana, Memphis, Miami-Dade, and Newark. The combined number of households served by Quadel experienced staff totals more than 54,000 units.

Quadel offers a full range of extended term HCV program management services, including: intake, lease-up and occupancy functions; waiting list administration and update; and HQS inspections. Quadel is able to provide experienced staff to managed HCV program functions for PHA's while building long term PHA capacity and systems. Quadel services can include the management of special programs (e.g. FSS, mobility counseling, home ownership, and relocation) and use of technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of program administration. Quadel's HCV experts have developed special tools for detailed staff performance tracking and reporting, SEMAP assessments, and automated workflow systems linked to document scanning and the PHA transaction processing. The Quadel team also offers expertise in implementing program innovations under the Moving to Work (MTW) Demonstration Program.

A key component of Quadel's direct management services is the operating technology we have developed to support day to day operations to meet the complex and unique needs of HCV Programs. Quadel assists clients to fully realize the value of technology investments such as new voucher processing systems, scanning and electronic document management software, inspection hand held devices, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
