ISO Certification

Quadel’s corporate commitment to superior performance is illustrated by the ISO 9001:2008 certification award for Performance-Based Contract Administration (PBCA) activities since 2007.  The ISO 9001:2008 standards are developed by the International Organization for Standardization based on 8 Quality Management Principles.  These principles are:

• Process approach,
• System approach to management,
• Continual improvement,
• Factual approach to decision making, and
• Mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

All Quadel operating procedures have been analyzed for efficiency and accuracy and are well documented.  Quadel's ISO 9001:2008 certification provides our partners and multifamily stakeholders the assurance that we operate with an audited quality management system for conducting PBCA activities.
 
All of Quadel’s PBCA procedures, workflows, and documents are reviewed annually to assess Quadel’s quality management system for PBCA operations.  NSF-ISR, Ltd., an ANAB accredited certification/registration firm, conducts an annual assessment of our PBCA processing and management practices and has confirmed compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standards.
