Assisted Housing Management (AHM) Training and Certification Program
Quadel, in association with the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) began training HUD occupancy requirements for subsidized multifamily housing immediately after the first publication of HUD Handbook 4350.3 in l981. The Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) certification program sets an industry standard for regulatory knowledge the occupancy knowledge required of successful property and project managers of HUD assisted multifamily housing. More than 70,000 public and private sector owners, property managers and HUD staff have achieved AHM certification.

HUD Assisted Multifamily Housing Audit Update Course
This one-day training workshop includes recent updates and revisions as well as a detailed interpretation of HUD’s Consolidated Audit Guide. A collaboration between Grubman Anand, PC and Quadel, this program provides essential information regarding subsidized multifamily housing audit requirements and potential subsidy compliance problems. Participants are provided with a comprehensive and up to date audit reference guide and a course book and CD.

Managing Compliance in Section 8, Section 236, and Section 202 & 811 Properties with Tax Credits
Owners of properties that receive tax credits in addition to HUD subsidies must comply with both sets of requirements. Quadel's mixed finance regulatory compliance traning progrram addresses occupancy and other compliance requirements of Section 8, Section 236, and Section 202 & 811 Properties with Tax Credits. This training also addresses the occupancy and other compliance requirements for Section 236-tax credit property owners who manage Section 8, Rent Supplement, or RAP project-based rental assistance contracts.
