Mary Ann Sipos, Instructor

Mary Ann Sipos, a 30 year veteran of the affordable housing industry, has been a member of the Quadel Training Team for the past 20 years.  In addition to her training commitment to Quadel, Mary Ann is employed as the Senior Housing Management Representative for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency where she is responsible for oversight and compliance monitoring for over 150 assisted housing properties in Western Pennsylvania.  Prior to her employment with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Mary Ann was a Property Manager with Crossgates Management, Inc. and Lincoln Property Company.
