Paul Collins, Instructor

Paul Collins is a Senior Trainer with over 25 years of experience in assisted housing.  Paul has worked with Quadel since 1991, and has conducted approximately 100 days of training per year for the last 11 years.  He has been a key contributor in the development of Quadel’s training curriculum as well as in the development of the supplemental training manuals and course books.   Prior to his work from Quadel, Paul was Maintenance Supervisor for Reaume and Dodds Management Co. from 1976 to 1981, Resident Manager/Sales Manager/Property Manager/Group Asses Manager for Oxford Management Co., Inc., from 1981 to 1988, and was Executive Vice President of Burton Group Management, Inc. from 1988 to 1990.  Paul holds certifications from Oxford Management Company, Inc. as a Trainer and Supervisory Specialist.
