Permanent Supportive Housing

In March 2009 Quadel was awarded a contract to administer a Project-Based Voucher program for special needs clients -- the only program of its kind in the country. Voucher recipients include homeless and chronically homeless, mentally and physically disabled, and elderly individuals affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. On May 1, 2009, a 30-day start-up period began, with full operations assumed by Quadel on June 1, 2009. Program services are being coordinated with 6 Local Lead Agencies serving approximately 2000 households in 23 parishes spanning the lower third of Louisiana.

Small Rental Assistance Program

As a component of the Road Home Program, the Small Rental Program provides repair assistance to small-scale rental properties. Quadel provides subject matter expertise for program improvements under a contract with ACS.
