Description:

Quadel’s one-day training session for Housing Choice Voucher program staff covers in detail the regulations for the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP), including indicator descriptions, scoring, quality control samples, and verification methods. The session focuses on the ways in which managers and front-line staff can better prepare for SEMAP certification and improve program performance. The training offers tips on developing quality control and tracking systems and offers suggestions for integrating these systems into daily operations. Recent developments related to SEMAP implementation, SEMAP processing, MTCS/PIC, and audit guidance are highlighted.
