In partnership with the Princeton Housing Authority, Quadel is providing a Rental Assistance Demonstration-Project-Based Rental Assistance (RAD-PBRA) Specialist training to include the essential information on HUD’s RAD-PBRA program as the requirements relate to management of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing. Day One begins with an introduction to RAD-PBRA and an overview of selected history of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing programs and the types of financing that make them possible; civil rights and non-discrimination; eligibility for occupancy and assistance; waiting list and tenant selection issues; income determination and rent calculation.
Day Two continues with income determination and rent calculation; leasing activities, re-certifications; unit transfers and gross rent changes and finishes with termination; HUD Multifamily Online systems (EIV, TRACS, iMAX) and TRACS Voucher submission requirements; and allows for review, question and answer session. Quadel’s trainer will highlight changes in policy and procedures as necessary, to reflect recent HUD notices that affect the HUD Handbook 4350.3 REV-1, Change 4.
