About This Training
On being prepared, Robert Baden-Powel, founder of the Boy Scouts, once said: “Personally, I like reading adventures which really have happened to people, because they show what kind of things might happen…and they teach one how to ‘Be Prepared’ to meet them.”

So, how prepared are you and your team for the upcoming Management & Occupancy Review (MOR) at your HUD property? Yes, HUD Form 9834 can be a bit overwhelming at first glance– but it doesn’t have to be.
