Quadel Consulting and Training, LLC (Quadel) is expanding its footprint in Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Direct Management with a new contract to manage and operate the City of Phoenix Housing Department’s HCV program.
Arizona Quadel will manage all aspects of COP Housing Department’s program – including managing the waiting list, providing Housing Quality Standards inspections, evaluating rents, providing outreach to landlords, managing landlord processing, and ensuring quality services.
The COP Housing Department currently administers an estimated 6,800 vouchers to assist low-income families, elderly persons, disabled individuals, and veterans in finding affordable and safe housing in the city’s private housing market.
“Expanding housing opportunities, running an efficient program, and stellar customer service is our goal in our partnership with the City of Phoenix and the HCV community,” notes Quadel President, Katie Goar.
Penny VanderWall, director of Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and public housing programs, will provide program oversight and management for Arizona Quadel. Sandra Soucie, director, will assist with program management.
