Mr. Nicholas Murphy has over 20 years’ experience in the affordable and not-for-profit housing industry. For the past three years as Quadel’s Training Manager, Murphy has organized and overseen more than 260 training courses reaching nearly 8,500 attendees. In class sizes ranging from five to 160, Mr. Murphy and staff manage all aspects of the course from the initial proposal request, coordinating with organizations to meet their specific needs, the grading of examinations and distribution of certificates. He also manages all aspects of marketing the courses through social media, e-mail, and print.
