Mrs. Casey Kurtz has over 10 years’ experience in property management and affordable housing. She has extensive experience in tenant relations, including processing tenant contracts, Ms. Kurtz is extremely detailed-oriented and client-focused to ensure all stakeholders involved have their needs met. She is experienced in the HCV program, and as an Associate with Quadel, she spends most of her time with consulting engagements involving recertifications, interims, and rent increases.
