Ms. JoAnn Rodriguez has been a part of the affordable housing industry for more than 20 years and has positioned herself as one of the leading experts in asset management, including RAD and PBRA transitions. One of her most extensive asset management projects included the development of a 3,700-unit portfolio across multiple states. In addition to her asset management skillset, Ms. Rodriguez has held multiple positions within housing authorities, including executive director roles. She is also an experienced trainer on many HUD and affordable housing topics, including HCV, LIPH, RAD, fair housing, and compliance.
