Description:

Quadel’s LIHTC + Blended Compliance course is a two-day workshop that provides staff with comprehensive guidance on LIHTC compliance requirements, and it also takes into consideration the unique compliance issues that arise when HUD-Assisted Multifamily, HOME, CDBG, Public Housing, and RAD are in the mix.  When an owner develops or redevelops a project using the LIHTC program, they must operate the project so that it complies with both the LIHTC programs and any other subsidy programs supporting the project.  To help navigate the compliance needs necessary for these developments, Quadel has developed this course as a comprehensive review of compliance requirements among tax credit financed properties.

The optional third day is a full course review and the administration of the certification examination.

*Based on a schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break from Noon – 1 p.m.  Participants are responsible for their own lunch.

Early Bird Pricing: All registrations made 45 days in advance of the course will be eligible for Early Bird Pricing, which is approximately 10% off of the standard pricing.  Early Bird pricing does not qualify for the Group Discount.
Registering a Group?
 If you need to register four (4) or more individuals for any of these training offerings, please email training@quadel.com with the names and email addresses of each participant, and we will invoice you at the Standard Price (not Early Bird) for 1-3 and then $75 off each registrant beyond that number.
Note: A course being hosted by an organization does not qualify for Early Bird or Group pricing.  Thanks to the group's ability to host, an already significant discount has been established versus options where Quadel rents conference space.
