Mixed Compliance

Course Type:

Description:

Beyond Low Income Housing Tax Credits, there are a variety of opportunities out there for developers to mix different forms of financing in with LIHTCs.  This can take the form of a number of HUD Multifamily programs, HOME & CDBG, Public Housing, or even a mixture of each, and any of these options impact how compliance is managed for each property.  When an owner develops or redevelops a project using the LIHTC program, they must operate the project so that it complies with both the LIHTC programs and any other subsidy programs supporting the project.  To help navigate the differing compliance needs necessary to these types of developments, Quadel has created the Mixed Compliance course as a one day, standalone course for a comprehensive review of compliance requirements among tax credit financed properties.

To maximize your time, our trainers will  discuss with the assembled session to see what sort of financing options their properties utilize, and they will then customize the course to cover everything pertinent to their needs.

The course book will cover all topics listed below.
