Hosted Training

In an effort to offer affordably priced training to everyone, Quadel Training has implemented a new option to bring training to your location -- Hosted Training. Unlike Tailored Training, where the organization incurs all the cost, Hosted Training offers an opportunity for organizations, that have easy access to space to host a classroom style training, to partner with Quadel to share the costs involved.  In exchange for providing the space as host and marketing help, Quadel will handle online registration for organizations in your area, trainer costs, and materials.  The only caveat is that there needs to be a minimum of 15 registered to make it feasible, but there are incentives involved if certain registration thresholds are met.

Assisted Housing Manager

Note: This is a partnership with Bernard Robinson & Company, who have graciously opened their doors to host this training. By providing the space, they have enabled us to offer this course at a lower price than our traditionally held courses.  Due to this discounted pricing, Early Bird and Group Pricing is not available.

Quadel’s two-day (three with exam) Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) occupancy training helps your property comply with all HUD  program requirements while providing a variety of techniques to ensure that tenant files satisfy RHIIP requirements. Increased monitoring of regulatory compliance by HUD makes this course essential training for front-line staff, managers, and owners of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing.

AHM provides staff with the skills required to earn a superior annual Management and Occupancy Review (MOR). All programs in the HUD Handbook 4350.3 REV-1/CHG-4 are covered, including: Section 8 multifamily housing, Section 236, Section 221(d) (3), Section 202, Section 811, Rent Supplement, RAP and the new Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Projects.

Participants receive a copy of Quadel’s nationally recognized AHM course book. All of Quadel’s course books are designed to provide “plain English” reference manuals to assist program staff perform their daily functions more efficiently after attending the AHM training course.  EIV requirements are included throughout the course book.

LIHTC + Blended Compliance

Quadel’s LIHTC + Blended Compliance course is a two-day workshop that provides staff with comprehensive guidance on LIHTC compliance requirements, and it also takes into consideration the unique compliance issues that arise when HUD-Assisted Multifamily, HOME, CDBG, Public Housing, and RAD are in the mix. When an owner develops or redevelops a project using the LIHTC program, they must operate the project so that it complies with both the LIHTC programs and any other subsidy programs supporting the project. To help navigate the compliance needs necessary for these developments, Quadel has developed this course as a comprehensive review of compliance requirements among tax credit financed properties.

The optional third day is a full course review and the administration of the certification examination.
