What to expect

Quadel’s Fair Housing Essentials for PHA Staff is designed to familiarize staff employed by Public Housing Authorities (PHA) and other governmental entities with Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodation laws to prepare them to assist individuals and families who may encounter discrimination in their search for housing or as a tenant. The main course is two, four-hour online sessions, followed by an optional examination. Each participant will receive a course book to serve as a detailed desk reference after the workshop ends. is designed to familiarize staff with Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodation laws.
