Ms. Margaret Leigh has more than a decade of experience in the affordable housing industry. Currently, Ms. Leigh serves as the HCV Performance Manager for Tennessee Quadel. In this role, she ensures high levels of productivity and quality control of HCV participant files. In addition, she assists in the development and issuance of regular performance and quality control reports and trains staff in quality control and program requirements.
