She has extensive experience with web-based property management and accounting systems, including training, post migrations and problem solving. She develops best practices and management systems and assists clients with accounting issues and government reporting. Ms. Iversen’s current certifications include Tax Credit Specialists (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialists (COS) and Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), STAR-Section 515-Rural Development, Spectrum CP3 Tax Credit, NAHMA CPO.
