What to expect

Quadel’s Fair Housing Essentials is designed to familiarize staff with Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodation laws. This course has been expressly created for people who work in commercial housing, LIHTC, and HUD-Assisted Multifamily properties. If you work for a Housing Authority, please look for our Fair Housing Essentials for PHA Staff course. The main course is two, four-hour daily sessions of online training, followed by an optional examination. Each participant will receive a course book to serve as a detailed desk reference after the workshop ends.  This course is online and instructor-led.
