Mr. Blair Green has nearly 20 years of affordable housing experience. Prior to joining Quadel, he was the HCV Manager at a very large housing authority in Pennsylvania. During his time as an HCV manager, Mr. Green ensured program utilization, oversaw special housing initiatives, ensured quality control over all aspects of the recertification, eligibility, payment, leasing, contract, and negotiation departments, and developed and revised the Administrative Plan and Standard Operating Procedures. Mr. Green is goal-orientated and is skilled at assessing challenges and implementing strategies to maximize team performance and achieve agency goals.
