Briana Urquhart is a skilled housing professional with over a decade of experience in housing administration, compliance, and program management. She has worked as a HUD Program Analyst where she played a key role in advancing affordable housing initiatives through comprehensive financial and programmatic oversight. She worked to ensure compliance and accountability across housing programs. In addition, she conducted in-depth assessments of leasing, financial, market, and operational data to measure the effectiveness and productivity of Public Housing Agencies (PHAs).
