Ms. Brooke Etie has nearly 20 years of experience in the affordable housing industry.  Prior to joining Quadel, Ms. Etie served as the vice president of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program for one of the nation’s largest public housing authorities. Under her leadership, the program achieved SEMAP High Performer status for nine consecutive years. As a Director, she focuses on Quadel’s remote technical assistance engagements, including program outsourcing. In addition, she oversees Quadel’s Training Department and ensures front-line staff receive tools and knowledge to provide the highest quality of affordable housing to individuals nationwide. Ms. Etie’s educational background in social work shapes her people-centric approach to affordable housing administration. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas National Association of Housing and Redevelopment (NAHRO).
