Mr. Cliff Kornegay has over 20 years of experience in inspections, property standards development, and public-sector leadership. Most recently, he led the NSPIRE program at HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center where he earned the 2024 HUD Secretary’s Award for Innovation for his contributions to inspection standards, quality assurance, and certification.
