Diane Cilento is the director of the North Carolina Quadel office and is responsible for overseeing the Project-Based Contract Administration (PBCA) services for our client, the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. Ms. Cilento has more than 20 years of experience in helping families and individuals access affordable housing and support services. Ms. Cilento has held leadership positions in various non-profit organizations, as well as in the public and higher education sectors. Ms. Cilento is a passionate advocate for social change.
