Heather Krueger has almost a decade of experience in the HCV program. She has extensive experience working within the Move to Work program and understands the complicated program’s regulations and allowances. As an Associate for Quadel, Ms. Krueger works on many consulting engagements, including all forms of voucher transactions and remote recertifications.
