Helena Widtfeldt has 10 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. In addition to experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), her program expertise includes the Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing programs. Ms. Widtfeldt facilitates assessments at both the program and PHA-wide level which results in observations and implementable recommendations. She has assisted with developing and updating standard operating procedures, annual plans, Administrative Plans and ACOPs. Ms. Widtfeldt manages Quadel’s LIHTC compliance contracts, supporting clients from syndicator to property management to ensure they remain in compliance and eligible household are residing in LIHTC units. Prior to joining Quadel, she was a Project Manager at the Human Services Research Institute where she developed policies and procedures for project implementation, monitoring, and data collection for a multi-year national evaluation of SAMHSA’s homeless grant programs.
