Jamaal Williams serves as Deputy Managing Director of Memphis Housing Authority’s High Performing HCV Program where he provides leadership and support to staff and ensures that all work completed by the department is in compliance with agency, local and federal standards. Mr. Williams is an experienced operations and logistics professional with a strong background in overseeing departmental activities, managing logistical operations, and enhancing procedural efficiencies. Skilled in team leadership and customer service delivery, Mr. Williams effectively manages diverse groups, while ensuring operational excellence. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Planning and Management from the University of Southern California and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Howard University.
