Katie Carpenter has more than 16 years of public housing agency management experience and has held PHA positions in finance, compliance and executive management. Ms. Carpenter has a keen understanding of program budgets, funding and grant monitoring. In addition, she is skilled in program compliance and assists clients with ACOP/Admin Plan revisions, PIC submissions and error corrections, internal audits, involuntary conversion, SEMAP, REAC NSPIRE preparation, paperless workforce implementation, department assessment and reorganization, and resident meetings. She currently manages the transfer and disposition of assets from an agency in HUD receivership.
