Kelly Garver joined Quadel as a Program Compliance Specialist in 2019 and quickly advanced through positions due to her exceptional performance. Her roles have included Senior Compliance Specialist and Indiana Compliance Manager and she now holds responsibilities for Quadel’s PBCA compliance in both Indiana and North Carolina. Prior to joining Quadel, Kelly worked as a Service Coordinator in an urban Section 8 family community. This experience enriched her understanding of PBCA properties and equipped her with vital skills in eviction prevention, crisis intervention, food insecurity prevention, employment training, and providing extensive programming for children in need. Her background and ongoing commitment play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents and ensuring the operational excellence of housing services.
