Lisa Williams has devoted her life to the affordable housing industry for over 37 years. As the founder of Help U Manage Compliance, now in partnership with Quadel, her company provides compliance services to over 30,000 units across the nation. Ms. Williams and her associates have experience in development, portfolio management and compliance of all types of affordable housing: LIHTC, PB Section 8, Section 236, Section 202, RD 515, Bonds, AHP, FHLB and HOME financed properties as well as many new inclusionary programs popping up all over the country.

As a certified instructor, Ms. Williams also has taught multiple courses including Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), Site Based Budging Specialist (SBS), Senior Housing Specialist (SHS), Enterprise Income Verification (EIV), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), and Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS).
