Ms. Lisa Williams has devoted her life to the affordable housing industry for over 35 years. As the founder of Help U Manage/AHCS, now in partnership with Quadel, her company provides compliance services to over 20,000 units across the nation. Ms. Williams and her associates have experience in development, portfolio management and compliance of most types of affordable housing: LIHTC, Section 236, Section 202, RD 515, Bonds, AHP, FHLB and HOME financed properties.

As a certified instructor, she also teaches multiple courses including Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), Site Based Budging Specialist (SBS), Senior Housing Specialist (SHS), Enterprise Income Verification (EIV), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), and Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS).
