Ms. Margaret Leigh has 13 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. For the last 10 years, Ms. Leigh has been Tennessee Quadel’s HCV program Performance Manager. In this role, she ensures high levels of productivity and quality control of HCV participant files. In addition, she assists in the development and issuance of regular performance and quality control reports and trains staff in quality control and program requirements.
