Mark Burch is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who supervises the Contract Renewal and Rent Adjustment departments for both Indiana and North Carolina Quadel. He works in coordination with Quadel’s state partners to provide accurate and timely processing of contract renewal requests in accordance with HUD guidelines. A graduate of Indiana University and Indiana University School of Law, Mr. Burch joined Quadel in 2012, and has garnered a thorough understanding of the complexities involved in Section 8 Contract Renewals, working with HUD, training new employees, and helping agents and owners understand their best options moving forward.
