Nicholas Murphy has over 25 years’ experience in the affordable and not-for-profit housing industry. For the past seven years as Quadel’s Training Manager, Mr. Murphy has organized and overseen more than 630 training courses reaching over 17,500 attendees. In class sizes ranging from five to 160, Mr. Murphy and staff manage all aspects of the course from the initial proposal request, coordinating with organizations to meet their specific needs, the grading of examinations and distribution of certificates. He also manages some aspects of Quadel’s marketing, as well as coordinating and attending many industry conferences across the country.
