Nydia Parries has more than 15 years of experience designing, implementing and managing government programs serving low-income communities. In the affordable housing industry, she has held leadership roles in LIHTC finance, HCV mobility, consulting, and managed outsourcing engagements with several housing authorities.

Nydia focuses on HCV and Public Housing administration and draws on her expertise in public policy and operational efficiency to overhaul troubled programs and redesign processes. Her past and current work with some of the largest PHAs in the country has included developing trainings, conducting assessments and designing solutions for PHAs to improve compliance and better serve their communities.

Nydia holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and a Master’s of Public Administration from Baruch College, CUNY.
