Ms. Paula Bingham has over 19 years of progressive housing experience, including 13 years of management and leadership experience. Her specialties include program compliance and policy and procedure development and implementation. In her role as Director of Assisted Housing with a PHA prior to joining Quadel, she led a consistently SEMAP high performing HCV program that included VASH, FSS, Mainstream and FUP vouchers.
