Shana Morgan

Program Manager

Shana Morgan has worked in affordable housing for over 20 years and has spent that time managing a wide array of housing programs in various roles. She travels around the country helping PHAs with voucher management and compliance issues. Mrs. Morgan prides herself on her attention to detail and program compliance abilities, including audit reviews, recertifications, and voucher processes. In addition, she created a compliance training program manual, and trained compliance staff, to enhance program knowledge, ensure consistency, and promote a high standard of efficiency.
