Shana Morgan


Ms. Shana Morgan has worked in affordable housing for 20 years and has spent that time in multiple roles within housing programs and property management firms. Ms. Morgan prides herself on her attention to detail and program compliance abilities, including audit reviews, recertifications, and voucher transactions. In addition, she created a compliance training program and manual and trained compliance staff to ensure consistency and high program standards. As an Associate, she travels around the country helping PHAs with voucher management and compliance issues.
