He has almost 30 years of professional experience and oversees the performance of nearly 3,000 unit inspections annually. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of the applicable regulations and laws of federal and local housing programs. Over the course of his career, he has developed and maintained positive working relationships with HUD representatives, regional housing authorities, property management companies, real estate professionals, community leaders, nonprofit housing advocacy organizations, and program participants.
