Tracey Rudy has nearly 30 years of experience in affordable housing program administration. Her experience spans both PIH and Multifamily housing programs including Section 8 HCV, PBV and PBRA, Public Housing and RAD. Ms. Rudy has successfully managed RAD conversions, affordable housing development and asset repositioning efforts; in addition to maintaining superior program performance of HCV and Public Housing operations. Ms. Rudy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
