Course Details
Quadel’s Public Housing Supervisor & Manager course is an upper level course for supervisory staff that reviews the key program areas covered in the Public Housing Specialist course. The purpose of this course is to help Public Housing Managers understand how to manage people and processes for optimal property and employee performance.
Each chapter in this course focuses on one of three main responsibilities of a Public Housing supervisor.

Hearing Officer Essentials
Course Details
Quadel’s Hearing Officer Essentials course provides is a comprehensive course to further each participant’s understanding of HCV Informal Hearings and Public Housing Grievances.
