Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) gives PHAs a powerful tool to preserve and improve public housing properties. RAD also gives owners of particular HUD legacy programs the opportunity to enter into long-term contracts that facilitate the financing of improvements to their subsidized properties. Asset Repositioning Essentials

Asset Repositioning Essentials is a seminar designed to provide PHA’s thinking about repositioning their public housing assets with a general understanding of a variety of the options available to them.  The course will include an introduction to

  • RAD

  • Section 32 Homeownership

PHAs attending this course will learn how to begin the repositioning process and determine which option is best for them.    Thinking about repositioning your PH portfolio?  This course if for you!

RAD ESSENTIALS

The RAD Essentials course covers all aspects of the RAD rules and regulations to help participants determine if a conversion is the right decision. This is a primer for those organizations that are in the early stages of RAD conversions, with an overview of the program, the differences between the PBV and PBRA options, and more.

RAD-PBRA SPECIALIST

Has your organization determined that a RAD-PBRA conversion is the right choice for you? Quadel’s RAD-PBRA Occupancy training provides essential information on HUD’s RAD-PBRA program as the requirements relate to management of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing.
